ABLA’s own
premises are an achievement for the sector.
ABLA’s own premises ensure the appropriate infrastructure for the association
to service the associate members. The decision to acquire own premises was also
based on cost reducing managerial criteria. By eliminating the payment of rent
and reducing condominium expenses, the acquisition of own premises enabled the
resumption of investments in the short term.
Reducing costs shows how the Association is adjusted to market reality. Its
headquarters is situated in São Paulo, SP, in a strategically situated office,
from where the association renders services to its associate members.
The premises have an auditorium that can host up to 60 people, where ABLA meets
its commitment to offering professional updating courses to the associate
companies. Besides hosting meetings among car rental companies, the auditorium
enables the organization to give courses and lectures on issues of interest to
the car rental business sector, briefing the companies about news, data and
information regarding modern professional managerial profiles.
Another differential aspect of the new premises is the so called “Associates
Space”, planned to improve the service provided to the sector’s business
people, mainly those operating away from São Paulo when they visit the town.
From this office, with the help of an executive secretary, business people may
continue their daily work, using the telephone, sending faxes or accessing the
Internet, as well as exchanging information with other associate companies.
This office is an extension of the associate’s office, so that business people
may feel truly at home when visiting ABLA.
