ABLA subordinates its actions and positioning, to the desires and demands of its associates, who are treated democratically and evenly by the organization, no matter if they are large, medium or small companies, franchisers, franchisees or independent ones.
• Ethics • Respect for Associates
The ethical behavior of the operating companies within the car rental sector, regarding internal and external relationships, is fundamental to ABLA’s effective representation. The organization’s performance also follows this principle. Determination in meeting the needs and claims of companies under its representation. Search for professionalism and acknowledgement of the car rental sector are attitudes that strengthen the Association and its Associates.
• Equality • Free Competition
All the associated companies are treated equally regardless of size and geographical location. ABLA defends the free market. All companies should be free to compete in an ethical manner and in an environment of fair competition.
